Information We Collect

When you book a session, submit an inquiry, or sign up for updates, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you choose to share through those forms. Payment for a Foundation Session is processed through Calendly and Stripe, payment for The Five Domains System is processed through Stripe, and membership payments for the Circle are processed through Patreon. We do not directly store payment details.

How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used to respond to you, schedule sessions, and send the updates you have signed up for. It is shared with trusted providers only as necessary to run the business: systeme.io for contact management and email, Resend for email delivery, Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payments, Patreon for membership, Google Workspace (including Google Meet and Google Drive) for holding sessions and sharing session materials, DocuSign for sending and collecting signed agreements, Vercel for website hosting and analytics, and Senja for displaying testimonials. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Sessions & Session Materials

Foundation Sessions are held over Google Meet. Session materials, including your Blueprint, are kept in a shared Google Drive folder. Any recording or note-taking during sessions, including AI-assisted notes, happens only as described in your client service agreement. Session materials are kept and deleted as described in that agreement.

Health Information

We do not knowingly collect health-related or medical information through this website’s forms or messages, and you should avoid including sensitive health details there. The goal-setting process in a Foundation Session may touch on information related to wellbeing, such as energy, sleep, or stress. That information is handled as described in your client service agreement, kept confidential, and never used to diagnose or treat any condition.

Cookies & Tracking

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Site analytics run through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and records only anonymized, aggregated data such as page views. Testimonials on the Foundation Session page are displayed through a widget provided by Senja, which may use its own cookies or similar technologies under Senja’s privacy policy. Emails sent through systeme.io may record whether a message was opened and which links were clicked, which helps keep updates relevant. When you follow a link to book, pay, or join the Circle, Calendly, Stripe, and Patreon may set their own cookies under their own policies. You can block or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Your Rights & Retention

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, request that anything you have shared be removed (including a testimonial), or unsubscribe from updates at any time by emailing rose@theroserune.com. Transaction records are retained for seven years for tax and legal purposes. Inquiry and signup data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you, or until you ask to be removed.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you can request to know what personal information has been collected about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted by emailing rose@theroserune.com. Rose Rune does not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. This site does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking tools, and it does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it does not change how it operates in response to Do Not Track browser signals.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated policy.

Informational Purposes Only

All content, digital products, and sessions offered by Rose Rune are for educational and informational purposes only.

No Professional-Client Relationship

The Five Domains System and Foundation Sessions are not therapy, medical treatment, mental health care, or clinical diagnosis. Participation does not create a therapist-client, medical, or fiduciary relationship.

Not Legal, Financial, Tax, or Business Advice

Sessions are primarily reflective. They focus on clarifying your values and goals and building an action plan, and they may touch on practical parts of your life, including work, career, business, income, and money. Nothing offered through Rose Rune is legal, financial, tax, investment, or business advice, and Rose Rune is not a licensed attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. For decisions in those areas, consult a qualified professional.

Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes. Rose Rune does not guarantee any specific result and is not liable for your interpretation or application of the information provided.

Scope of Service

Sessions are a structured, one-to-one conversation. They do not replace licensed mental health support.

Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required at the time of booking, and all sales are final. If Rose Rune must cancel a session, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be provided.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the session fee.

All Sales Final

Because digital products are delivered with immediate access and are downloadable, all purchases are non-refundable.

Individual License

Purchase grants a single, non-transferable license for personal use only. All intellectual property remains with Rose Rune. Copying, sharing, selling, or distributing the material is not permitted.

The Circle is hosted and billed through Patreon and is subject to Patreon’s own terms in addition to these. Membership is voluntary and recurring, and can be paused or cancelled at any time directly through Patreon.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of King County, Washington.

Limitation of Liability

ROSE RUNE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS,” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full force.

Force Majeure

Rose Rune is not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, illness, or technical outages.

Children’s Policy

Services are directed to individuals at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
